Perform accurate patient assessments and initiate appropriate nursing interventions for a diverse patient population. Responsible for maintaining medical records and completing Interdisciplinary Care Plans for each patient.
Requires a current state RN license and a nursing degree from an accredited program. BLS and ACLS certifications are required, with 1 year of experience preferred but new graduates are welcome.
Wilson Medical Center: $20,000 Commitment- Incentive Bonus
Schedule: 3x12+ Days (7a-7p) rotating weekends/rotating holidays

Our 22-bed Med Surge unit is split onto two floors with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5/6 is staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Patient Sitters providing care for a variety of patients including those on dialysis, diabetes, heart disease, geriatric patients, and recovering surgical patients.
