The Surgical Technologist supports physicians during interventional procedures by maintaining a sterile environment and preparing necessary equipment. They are responsible for passing instruments, monitoring patient vitals, and ensuring the proper sterilization of surgical tools.
Candidates must have a high school diploma, BLS certification, and completion of an accredited Surgical Technologist program. At least one year of healthcare experience is required, with a preference for experience in Ambulatory Surgery Centers or Pain Management.

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented Surgical Technologist to support physicians and clinical staff during surgical and procedural cases. This role is responsible for maintaining a sterile environment, preparing equipment and supplies, assisting during procedures, and helping ensure patient safety and positive outcomes throughout the surgical process. The Surgical Technologist will work closely with Registered Nurses, physicians, and other members of the procedural team to support efficient operations and high-quality patient care.
High School Diploma or GED required. Current BLS certification required. Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a healthcare environment required. Completion of an accredited or recognized Surgical Technologist program. Previous experience in an Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC). Prior Pain Management experience. Experience using electronic health record systems, preferably Athena. Skills & Abilities Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications or similar software programs. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work effectively under the demands and pace of an operating room environment. Ability to recognize and respond appropriately to visual and audible equipment alarms. Ability to maintain professionalism and sound judgment in stressful situations.
