The Medical Assistant provides clinical support by rooming patients, measuring vital signs, and assisting physicians with medical procedures. They are also responsible for maintaining accurate EMR documentation and ensuring clinical areas are stocked and clean.
Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a current BLS/First Aid certification. Proficiency in medical terminology and EMR software is required, while certification from an accredited MA or CNA program is preferred.
