Description\nGeorgia Medical Staffing is in need of an FNP, able to cover an employee based, primary care clinic in Springfield, IL.\n\nDetails:\nJune 10 - July 16, M-Th\nHours: Mon - 8a-5p, Tue - 6a-3p, Wed - 10a-4p, Thurs - 10-6p, No Fri.\n\nBasic primary and acute care to employees and their families, ages 3+\n8-10 patients per day\nNo workers comp/occ med\nMA staffed\n\n$90 per hour\nPaid malpractice\nPaid shadow training\n\nRequirements\nMust have IL license\nMust be BC\nMust have 2+ years experience in primary care as an FNP\nClean background
