The Nurse Assistant provides direct and indirect patient care, including hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation, as delegated by licensed nursing personnel. They are responsible for maintaining patient safety and satisfaction through regular rounds and effective team communication.
Requires a High School Diploma or GED and completion of an unlicensed assistive personnel curriculum or equivalent documented experience. BLS Certification is required, while previous hospital or nursing home experience is preferred.
