Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, assembling, and sterilizing medical equipment and instruments. Maintains instrument supply inventory and keeps detailed sterilization logs.
Requires a High School Diploma and one year of previous sterilization experience. Certification and experience with orthopedic instrumentation are preferred.

Responsible for cleaning, disinfecting, assembling, and sterilizing equipment, supplies, and/or instruments. The Sterile Processing Technician is responsible for helping to maintain instrument supply inventory.
Certification preferred, but not required.
One-year previous sterilization experience required.
Experience with sterilization of orthopedic instrumentation preferred.
