The Licensed Practical Nurse will deliver direct, compassionate patient care and administer prescribed medications within a urology clinic setting. They are also responsible for conducting patient assessments, documenting responses, and educating patients on treatment plans and self-care.
Candidates must hold a valid Practical/Vocational Nurse credential from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing and possess a BLS certification. A high school diploma or one year of applicable job-specific experience is required.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Practical/Vocational Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Required professional licensure/certification can be used in lieu of education or experience, if applicable.
