We're currently seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist to provide in-home care to patients in Delaware, OH and nearby communities. ✅ Why Join Aspire? 💰 Competitive salary 🕒 Flexible scheduling 🚗 Mileage reimbursement 👥 One-on-one patient care 🎁 Referral bonuses up to $500 📈 Annual merit increases ⭐ Supportive and experienced team 🏡 Job Summary As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you'll evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with our rehab team to help patients regain independence and improve their quality of life in a home health setting. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities Evaluate patient condition and functional abilities Develop and implement personalized treatment plans Focus on ADLs (activities of daily living) and functional independence Recommend and train patients on adaptive equipment and home modifications Supervise COTAs and HHAs per plan of care Maintain accurate and timely documentation Educate patients and families on home programs and safety Submit notes and visit documentation promptly Adhere to HIPAA confidentiality standards Qualifications📋 Requirements Active OT license in Ohio 1+ year of Occupational Therapy experience (preferred) Home health experience preferred OASIS and WellSky/Kinser experience (strongly preferred) Current TB test and CPR certification Valid driver’s license and auto insurance Ability to attend orientation in Dublin, OH
