The MRI Technologist performs MRI examinations on patients and ensures technical continuity of care. They are responsible for communicating clinical observations to radiologists and maintaining quality digital images in PACS.
Candidates must be graduates of an ARRT recognized program or be ARRT/ARMRIT registered or eligible, with an advanced MRI registry required within one year. Current BLS certification is required, and previous experience as a staff or MRI technologist is preferred.
