How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver Adaptable Clinical Care

• Provide high-quality direct nursing care across diverse specialty units, strictly adhering to organizational protocols while leveraging a preferred 4+ years of inpatient Pediatric experience.
• Assess,
• Execute, &
• Monitor: Continuously assess patient needs, implement individualized care plans, and efficiently execute clinical orders while vigilantly documenting and communicating changes in patient status.
• Lead
• Interdisciplinary
• Coordination: Act as the primary liaison across multiple medical disciplines to facilitate seamless, well-coordinated patient care and optimize outcomes.
• Education &
• Certifications: BSN preferred; possess or obtain ACLS/NRP certifications within 6 months of hire to meet market and specialty care requirements.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Pediatric Advanced Life Support preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire.

What additional preferences we're seeking Prefer 4 years or more inpatient Pediatric experience; ACLS/NRP preferred-will be required to obtain within 6 months of hire; BSN preferred.
