The coordinator will lead clinical excellence by serving as the primary resource for nursing standards and creating individualized care plans for patient recovery and therapy. They will also oversee therapy program delivery, mentor the nursing team through supervision, and maintain accurate documentation for safety and quality.
Candidates must possess a Registered Nurse credential from the Texas Board of Nursing and have a diploma from an accredited nursing school or professional licensure at hire. A BLS Provider certification is required within 30 days of hire, and candidates with internal Cardiac Device experience or Electro-physiology/Cardiology experience are preferred.

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing required.
