The Housing Case Manager provides intensive support to families experiencing homelessness through intake, individualized self-sufficiency planning, and in-home visits. They are responsible for conducting unit inspections and connecting clients with essential social service resources.
Candidates should have an Associate or Bachelor's degree and 3-4 years of experience in case management with low-income or homeless populations. Proficiency in Massachusetts benefit programs and CPR/SFA certification are required or expected.

We are looking for people to partner with us to achieve our goal of disrupting the cycle of homelessness for greater Boston families and are seeking a Housing Case Manager to join our team.
Use of a personal vehicle or ability to efficiently utilize public transportation for home visiting is required.
