Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Night Shift (7: 00 PM – 7:00 AM) Coventry Senior Living

Coventry Senior Living is seeking a compassionate and dependable Part-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our clinical team on the overnight shift. This role is ideal for a nurse who values meaningful resident care in a supportive senior living environment.

Schedule: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Part-Time, Night Shift)

Position Overview

As an LPN, you will provide high-quality nursing care to residents during the overnight hours, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. You will work collaboratively with the nursing team and caregivers to support individualized care plans and respond to resident needs as they arise.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans and state regulations
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and document residents’ conditions and report changes promptly
• Respond to resident needs and emergencies during overnight hours
• Collaborate with caregivers and other healthcare staff to ensure quality care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Follow all infection control and safety procedures

Qualifications

• Current and active LPN license in the state of employment
• Previous experience in long-term care or senior living preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
• Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
