HOURS

Full-time, 40 hours a week. Monday through Friday, varied schedule.

Onsite/In-Office Positions Available In

Rapid City, SD. and Sioux Falls, SD. Travel is required. Mileage reimbursement.

SALARY

Dependent on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities

Provide Functional Family Therapy (FFT) services to at-risk youth and their families. Strengthen family communication, reduce conflict, and promote healthy, supportive home environment. Help youth recognize harmful thinking patterns and improving decision-making skills and developing positive coping strategies. Supports emotional well-being, trauma recovery, and behavior change through evidence-based therapeutic practices. LSS will provide training in the evidence-based model and program-specific requirement. Participate in required training, supervision, and ongoing professional development activities. Complete assessments, treatment planning, case documentation, and other required records in a timely and accurate manner.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related Human Services field. Will accept applications from Master’s Level Interns in their final Internships.
• Must be at least 21 years old and able to complete orientation training according to agency program standards.
• Requires active auto-insurance, a valid driver’s license or the ability to obtain one with approved driver status.
• Must successfully complete all agency background checks, which include checks for criminal convictions, behavior harmful towards children, spousal abuse, and drug or sex crimes.
