Per Diem Home Health Registered Nurse (RN)

Overview We are seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for a skilled home health position working with adult and geriatric medical/surgical patients throughout the Akron/Canton area. This is a field-based role with a well-established, stable home health agency. You will complete Start of Care (SOC) visits and recertifications within the first 60 days for each new patient. Current volume: ~1.5–2.5 hours per week to start, with opportunity for growth based on referrals.

Responsibilities

Conduct and document clinical visits under the direction of the DON Complete Start of Care and recertification visits Perform supervisory visits as needed Identify improvement opportunities and collaborate with the clinical team Support high-quality patient care and service standards

Requirements

Active RN license (Ohio) Home health experience required Strong OASIS documentation skills (must be fully competent) Willingness to travel throughout Akron/Canton area Russian speaking is a strong plus U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder To Apply, Please Include Answers to the Following: 1.
