Perform specimen analysis across chemistry, hematology, and immunology while maintaining laboratory equipment and adhering to quality control policies. Handle specimen processing, phlebotomy, and the accurate charting of patient results in compliance with OSHA and regulatory standards.
Requires an Associate's degree for MLTs or a Bachelor's degree for MTs/MLSs in medical technology or laboratory science. Preference is given to candidates with at least 3 years of experience and AMT or ASCP certification.
