Salary Range

• $62,360-$65,000 (Pay information will vary depending upon relevant experience for the position) Full Time 40 hours

General scope

General Responsibilities include case management and therapeutic intervention in the psychosocial environment of patients on short-term rehab to promote the patients optimal physical, psychological and social functioning throughout their rehabilitation.

Education / Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work required. Master’s Degree preferred.

Experience

Prefer one (1) year experience in a long-term care setting or related setting.
