The nurse is responsible for resident assessment, care planning, and medication administration within a TCU. They also oversee CNAs and TMAs while ensuring the safety and wellness of all residents and staff.
Candidates should possess strong clinical assessment skills and proficiency with electronic health record systems. The ability to make sound judgments in emergency situations and knowledge of non-invasive treatments are highly valued.
FHS is accepting applications for the final hiring phase of our 20-bed, skilled nursing facility addition. We are looking for an E/O weekend, evening nurse (2:00pm-10:30pm) to work in out TCU.
