The Surgery Technician is responsible for preparing patients for surgery, performing phlebotomy, and placing intravenous catheters. They also monitor patients under anesthesia and operate advanced imaging equipment like CT and MRI scans.
Requirements summary
Candidates should be passionate about veterinary surgery and possess the skills to handle advanced imaging and patient monitoring. Unrestricted authorization to work in the U.S. is required as visa sponsorship is not provided.
This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through Kahuna leveling system.
We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked for nights and weekends. *Shift differentials are based on a 4-hour minimum.

You safely restrain patients for procedures.
You place intravenous catheters in all peripheral veins.
You perform phlebotomy.
You prepare slides for cytology.
You proficiently perform digital radiographs.
You monitor patients during anesthesia or while sedated.
You will perform advanced imaging such as CT scans and MRI procedures.
