Requires a Texas State Board of Pharmacy credential and a high school diploma with 2 years of experience, an associate degree, or 4 years of specific experience. Hospital experience and IV certification are preferred.

How you’ll make an impact in this role Support the Pharmacist by accurately preparing, compounding, and distributing specialty medications to ensure continuity of patient care and safety. Manage pharmacy inventory, automated dispensing systems, and supply logistics to maintain medication availability and prevent potential drug shortages. Serve as a patient advocate and liaison, actively coordinating benefit investigation, prior authorization, and financial assistance to ensure prompt medication access. Collaborate with the care team to prepare patient education materials and perform advanced technical duties, including monitoring regulatory compliance.
Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Texas State Board of Pharmacy obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Pharmacy intern would be acceptable in lieu of.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
