Evaluate and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and restore function for participants. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate rehabilitation services and ensure participants can age safely in their homes.
Requires a Physical Therapy degree and active State of Michigan licensure. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working with frail or elderly populations.
Physical Therapy degree (Bachelor, Master, or Doctoral). Active State of Michigan licensure. Must have one (1) year of experience with a frail or elderly population. Physical ability to instruct and demonstrate exercise, provide lift assistance, and assist/manage mobility devices.
