The physician will diagnose and treat cancer patients using advanced radiation therapy techniques and personalized treatment plans. They will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and monitor patient progress to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree and have completed a residency in Radiation Oncology. Board certification or eligibility and a valid medical license for the jurisdiction are required.
Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited medical school. Completion of a residency program in Radiation Oncology from an accredited institution. Board certification or eligibility for board certification in Radiation Oncology. Valid medical license to practice in the jurisdiction where the position is located. Strong clinical acumen and expertise in designing and delivering radiation therapy treatments. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex medical information to patients and their families in a clear and compassionate manner. Dedication to patient-centered care and a commitment to ensuring the highest standards of safety and quality in treatment delivery. Proficiency in using medical software, electronic health records (EHR), and treatment planning systems. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and engage in ongoing professional development.
