• New grads and experienced LPNs - we will provide you with the skills to provide quality care to the individuals we serve!
• Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health New York provides therapeutic care for children and adults with intellectual disabilities, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and dual diagnoses.
• This position will administer medications, complete med ordering, and provide med stock oversight for an assigned caseload of community group homes.
• The LPN will follow up on doctors orders and contact physicians if applicable, as well as examine individuals with medical and/or physical complaints.
• In addition, this position will assist individuals in daily living activities and during mealtimes.

Qualifications

State LPN License At least (1) year experience preferred, New Grads Welcome to apply!
