Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED and a valid CNA certificate. BLS certification is required, and de-escalation training must be obtained within six months of employment.

Must possess CNA certificate De-escalation training (obtained CPI within six months of employment) in required specialty. BLS (or obtained during orientation) Prefer experience in acute care setting.
