The Certified Peer Support Worker will identify client needs and facilitate connections with appropriate resources, providing case management and referral services. They will work closely with clients to develop and implement a sustainable plan of care to support their recovery journey.
Candidates must hold a valid CPSW certification and have a clean driving record with a valid NM state driver's license. Experience working with individuals who have mental illness and substance use disorders is also required.
