How you’ll contribute A Registered Nurse (RN) who excels in this role: You’ll make an impact by utilizing your specialized plan-of-care intervention and serving as a patient-care innovator.

You will shape exceptional patient journeys every day and leverage your skills and our cutting-edge technology to directly impact patient wellbeing.

Performs plan-of-care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, clinical treatments, and other medical care activities.

Documents patient care provided in a timely and accurate manner.

Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.

Assists patients with activities of daily living (hygiene, elimination, nutrition, ambulation).

Collaborates across disciplines to coordinate care (transfers, discharges, referrals, and psychosocial/spiritual support needs).

Assesses learning needs and delivers age-/culture-appropriate patient and family education.

Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.

Participates in unit and organizational performance improvement and required continuing education.

Provides quality patient care and works other shifts/units as needed; may be assigned on-call.

Performs other duties as assigned.

  • Additional requirements include: Associate’s Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred Basic Life Support certification is required within 14 days of hire. Requirements

An Associate's Degree in Nursing is required, with a preference for a Bachelor's Degree. A current RN license and BCLS certification are mandatory, along with skills in critical thinking and effective communication.
