We are a 90-bed Skilled Nursing Facility with rehabilitation services located in Long Beach. We are currently looking for CNA’s who are excited to be a part of a culture that celebrates a supportive environment. New Grads are highly encouraged to apply!

• (All Full-Time positions are on a 4 on 2 off schedule)
• AM Full-Time
• PM Full-Time

Pay Range

• $21/hour

Position Overview

• As a CNA, you will support your assigned residents with routine daily activities and nursing care services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by the supervisors.
• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, feeding
• Take and record vital signs (blood pressure, temperature, pulse, respirations)
• Help with mobility and safe transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, and other devices
• Maintain a clean, safe and comfortable environment
• Observe and promptly report any changes in a resident’s physical or emotional condition
• Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary team members as needed
• Accurately document care and observations according to facility policy and regulations

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED
• Active CNA Certificate in CA
• BLS/CPR
