Hiring Now for OR Circulator Full Time\n\nJob Summary: \nThe Nurse Circulator assists in provision of nursing care to patients in an\nAmbulatory Surgical Center setting. Assumes total responsibility for patient\ncare in accordance with physician's orders and centers policies. During\noperations and other surgical procedures, the circulator assists by acting as an\nintermediary between the operating room staff and the rest of the surgical\ncenter.\n\nResponsibilities: \n• Performs scrub functions including the selection and handling of instruments\nand supplies used during procedure.\n• Performs circulating functions including monitoring, recording and\ncommunicating patient condition and managing overall nursing care of patient\nbefore, during and after procedure.\n• Directly assists operating physician with surgical tasks including hemostasis,\nsuturing and wound exposure as well as patient positioning.\n• Prepares operating rooms and surgical instruments and equipment for use.\n\nQualifications: \nGraduate of Accredited School of Nursing; current state RN license.\nCPR and ACLS required.\n\n1 year OR Experience
