Provide behavioral health counseling through individual, group, and family therapy to improve patient mental health outcomes. Conduct comprehensive assessments, establish treatment goals, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated care and discharge planning.
Requires licensure as a Professional Counselor or Social Worker in Texas. Minimum education includes a high school diploma with 2 years of experience, an associate degree, or 4 years of applicable job-specific experience.

One or more of the following required: Counselor credentialed from the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Social Worker credentialed from the Texas State Board of Social Worker Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. BLS Provider preferred. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Clinical Counselor preferred.
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
What additional preferences we're seeking Crisis Counseling preferred. Group Therapy Experience preferred.
