• Orthopedic Physical Therapist Job Summary We are hiring a Physical Therapist for an orthopedic outpatient clinic in Hollywood, FL.
• This is a PT-owned office where the focus is on skilled treatment, patient progress, and giving clinicians enough time to do their work well.
• The role includes evaluating patients, designing care plans, providing hands-on treatment, and helping individuals improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.

Responsibilities

Conduct orthopedic evaluations and functional assessments Create individualized treatment programs Treat patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, chronic pain, and mobility concerns Use manual therapy, strengthening, stretching, gait training, and functional movement strategies Provide patient education throughout the treatment process Review outcomes and adjust plans to improve results Coordinate with PTAs and other clinic staff Keep documentation accurate, organized, and timely Current FL PT License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred New grads welcome Strong patient communication skills Interest in orthopedic and functional rehab Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible schedule PT-owned clinical setting Start a stronger chapter in outpatient therapy with a team that values your clinical time.
