Requires a high school diploma and at least one year of veterinary technician experience in a surgical setting. Must be a Registered Veterinary Technician in Colorado or be able to obtain registration upon hire.
We are seeking a dedicated Oncology Technician to support our Oncologist in delivering precise, compassionate, and efficient patient care. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring seamless patient flow while performing a wide range of advanced clinical duties, including radiographs, laboratory diagnostics, and the safe administration of chemotherapy.
This position calls for a detail-oriented professional with strong technical skills and a deep commitment to empathetic client communication—whether in person, over the phone, or electronically. You will also be responsible for maintaining thorough, accurate, and timely medical records within the hospital’s PIMS and Whiteboard systems, helping ensure the highest standards of continuity and quality of care.
Minimum Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of Veterinary Technician experience required in a surgical setting Registered Veterinary Technician, in Colorado, or the ability to become registered upon hire. Fluent English skills (speaking & reading) are required for the role; fluency in multiple languages a plus!
At least 2 years of Veterinary Technician experience in a Specialty Hospital Experience with performing anesthesia Ability to multitask and anticipate the department's needs. Excellent communication. Experience using Medical Record and Whiteboard programs in a veterinary setting.
