Heartline Staffing, in partnership with Titan Placement Group, is hiring a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Heppner, Oregon.

• Position overview
• Outpatient behavioral health position serving individuals, children, and families
• Provide counseling and therapeutic services across multiple age groups
• Collaborate with internal clinical teams and community partners
• Participate in improving and developing behavioral health programs
• Practice independently while supported by a full clinical team
• Community-focused role serving a rural population

SCHEDULE • Monday through Friday • 8

• 00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No Weekends
• No On-Call Responsibilities

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Base Salary

• $73,900 - $111,600
• $5,500 Sign-On Bonus

Requirements

• Active Oregon Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) License REQUIRED

• Individual counseling experience
• Child and adolescent counseling experience
• Family therapy experience
• Community behavioral health experience
• Outpatient mental health experience
