The Advanced Clinical Nurse performs and assists in all clinical areas of the gynecology department, including fetal monitoring and documenting patient histories. They collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care and perform NSTs and AFIs as requested.
Candidates must be graduates of an accredited nursing school with a valid Maryland RN license and BLS CPR certification. A minimum of 3 years of experience in labor and delivery room nursing is required.
The Advanced Clinical Nurse is responsible for performing and/or assisting in all clinical areas in the department. The advanced clinical nurse will assist providers, perform fetal monitoring, document history of patients, perform NST's and AFI's as requested by the provider. The advanced clinical nurse will document in patient's chart and communicate with other professionals of the center to ensure quality care is given to the patient.
Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing and successfully completed the State Board of Nursing Licensure Exam 3 years of labor and delivery room RN experience Active RN license with the state of Maryland BLS CPR certification
