Provide ongoing mental health services to diverse clients through face-to-face, phone, and telehealth sessions. Maintain detailed case records and participate in clinical consultations and program planning.
Requires a Master's degree in social work or a related field and 1-3 years of clinical training experience. Licensure as an AMFT, LSW, or LPC in Illinois is preferred or recommended within one year.

Master’s degree in social work (MSW) or a related field from a regionally accredited institution. One year or three years perfered of clinical training or internship experience in community mental health, outpatient, school, or hospital settings. Completion of licensure in Illinois as (AMFT, LSW, LPC) or related credential recommended within one year of employment or Licensure in Illinois as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) perferred. Bilingual Spanish skills preferred (must pass a bilingual assessment). Training and experience in clinical assessments and outpatient psychotherapy. Competence in providing culturally sensitive interventions to diverse clientele. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Interest and skill in networking and community outreach. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and working within an electronic health record system (Outlook, Word, Teams). Strong verbal and written communication skills.
