Provide case management and clinical support to adolescents and families struggling with substance misuse and behavioral problems. Collaborate with therapists to deliver intensive in-home and in-office therapy while documenting all services according to agency standards.
A Bachelor's degree in human services and a valid driver's license are required. Preference is given to candidates with at least two years of experience in a substance use setting.

We provide intensive in-home and in-office family, individual, and parent therapy for adolescents struggling with at risk behaviors such as substance misuse, behavioral problems, and family conflict.
About the Position: Therapist Assistant
Bachelor’s degree in human services required.
At least two (2) years’ experience in a substance use setting preferred. Demonstrated orientation toward serving people with substance use and/or mental health issues in their community required.
Valid driver’s license.
Will attend all required program trainings.

Starting at $20.30/hour minimum, and up commensurate upon experience.
*Actual rates are determined at the time of offer and are based off of relevant experience, as well as adherence to our internal equity policy. Many of our positions offer program/location differentials and/or sign-on incentives. (Please note, for part-time positions this range would be pro-rated based on hours worked)
