Position Details

Job Type: Part time Pay: $30.00 – $45.00 per hour (based on experience and licensure) Locations: Skilled nursing and assisted living facilities in Douglas Wyoming. Responsibilities Provide individual counseling or psychotherapy to adults and seniors Conduct intake assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Diagnose using DSM-5 criteria Offer appropriate resources and referrals as needed Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Manage a personal caseload effectively and independently QualificationsQualifications Master's degree: LCSW, LPC, LCPC, CMHC, LMFT, or equivalent Proficiency with DSM-5 and treatment planning Strong documentation and computer skills (Microsoft Word, EHR systems) Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases Experience with geriatric populations preferred, but not required Reliable transportation for travel between local facilities Ideal Candidate Adapts easily to changing facility conditions resident health fluctuations, and interdisciplinary needs. Exhibits flexibility and creative problem-solving in response to variable schedules, session interruptions, and limited private spaces Communicates and collaborates effectively with nursing and rehab teams Stays calm, professional, and organized in dynamic or unpredictable settings Builds rapport quickly and engage clients in meaningful therapy Manages your time and documentation independently and efficiently
