Now Hiring Direct Care Workers (DCW) – Pathlight Community Services – Dexter Location

At Pathlight Community Services, we are dedicated to providing Quality Services for Quality of Life. Our mission is to support individuals in overcoming life’s challenges by offering quality housing and care services to marginalized adult populations. We are currently seeking compassionate Direct Care Workers (DCWs) to join our team at our Dexter location.

What We Offer

• Competitive Pay: Starting at $17.13/hour, with an increase to $17.33/hour after successful completion of training.

Position Availability

• Part-time positions available for AM and PM shifts (7a-3p and 3p-7p/8p).

Key Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or mental illness in a small group home setting.
Assist with meal preparation, serving, and overall dining support.
Administer medications as per prescribed guidelines.
Engage residents in fun activities to promote socialization and well-being.

What We’re Looking For

High School Diploma or GED (must be at least 18 years of age).
Valid Driver’s License or State ID.
Ability to pass a criminal background check.
