Collaborate with physicians to develop and manage resident-driven care plans while administering medications and treatments. Provide leadership and supervision to RAs and STNAs to ensure the health and safety of residents.
Must hold an active Ohio nursing license with authorization to pass medications and a current CPR certification. Previous experience in long-term care or geriatrics is preferred.

Collaborate with physicians and other interdisciplinary team members to develop, implement and manage resident-driven care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered by Medical Director or Resident physician Provide direct leadership, supervision, and support to RA’s and STNA’s Document pertinent information following established clinical policies and procedures Effectively communicates with residents, family members, and co-workers Protects the health and safety of residents
Must have an active license in the state of Ohio with authorization to pass medications Ability to work 12-hour shifts Current Instructor-Led CPR Certification (or willing to obtain upon hire) Previous experience in long-term care/geriatrics preferred. Must be knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as laws, regulations, and guidelines that pertain to long-term care A positive attitude and passion for working with the elderly Flexible schedule with the ability to work every 3rd weekend and holidays. This direct care position requires COVID-19 vaccination to protect our team and our clients.
