This role is critical in assisting providers and coworkers in coordinating patient care as well as functions as a liaison between patients, coworkers, and providers. Serve as a resource to clinic staff regarding medical information, patient assessment, and nursing management of illness Acquire pre-certs/prior authorizations for patient needs QUALIFICATIONS Associate's Degree
