The Hospice Care Assistant provides direct care and support to patients in their final stages of life to ensure comfort and dignity. Responsibilities include symptom management, patient support, and collaborating with the clinical team.
Candidates must hold a current CNA certification for the state of practice and have at least one year of experience in hospice or palliative care. A valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record are also required.
