About our facility: Logan Health Behavioral Health (formerly Pathways Treatment Center), a department of Logan Health Medical Center, located in Kalispell, Montana, began its high standard of care when it opened its doors in 1994. We provide acute inpatient services for Montana clients who have mental health or substance abuse issues. The 40-bed facility offers clinically effective treatment through the collaborative efforts of a team that includes psychiatrists, addictionologists, certified licensed addiction counselors, licensed therapists, psychiatric nurses and mental health specialists. Each staff member is dedicated to delivering results-oriented treatment in a caring and confidential environment.

What you'll need to have: Current Montana RN license or a multi state compact license with authorization to practice nursing within the state of Montana; required. BSN degree preferred. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in similar position within a medical setting (eg, physician office, clinic, or hospital) preferred. Experience in assigned area(s) preferred. RQI Provider (BLS) required within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever occurs first. Possess knowledge of professional nursing theory, medical terminology and principles of professional nursing practice to administer and evaluate patient care.
