Nursing Attendant - Part time Days - Float Pool - Columbia University Irving Medical Center Provide compassionate patient focus and perform select care duties under the supervision of a registered nurse. Improve the patient experience and maintain a safe, clean and healthy environment. Measure and record temperatures, pulses, respiration and blood pressure. Demonstrate what it means to be part of a team and raise the bar for patient care. This position is located at NYP Columbia location. Part time position requires weekend rotations, 2 days a week.

• Criteria: Qualified candidates are currently enrolled in a Bachelor of Nursing (BSN) program and have completed at least one clinical rotation or will have previous certified nurses aide or nursing attendant experience, or certification through an approved, accredited certified nurses aide training program. A high school diploma or GED is required. Current BLS from the American Heart Association required.

Salary Range
