Provide direct, evidence-based patient care and implement individualized care plans within the CV ICU. Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality outcomes and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
Requires a valid California Registered Nurse license and BLS certification from the American Heart Association. A high school diploma or equivalent and demonstrated clinical nursing proficiency are mandatory.
