We are seeking a Full-Time Detox Support Technician for our small, home-style medically managed withdrawal management facility. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys direct patient interaction, staying organized, and helping admissions, discharges, and daily unit flow run smoothly. It combines patient support, documentation, scheduling, and light operational tasks in a collaborative detox setting. What You’ll Do Complete phone screenings with prospective patients Help schedule patient admissions Support patients through admission and discharge processes Assist with admission, consent, and discharge paperwork Inventory patient belongings accurately at admission Complete required forms for insurance and internal workflows Enter and manage information in the computer system accurately and efficiently Monitor patients during outside breaks and help maintain safety and structure Provide respectful, professional support to patients throughout the day Help with light cleaning, room turnover, and resetting rooms after discharge Maintain accurate documentation and follow facility procedures Work closely with nursing and the treatment team to support daily operations Minimum Requirements High school diploma or GED Detox, behavioral health, residential, or similar experience preferred CPR certification required Comfortable speaking with prospective patients by phone and helping coordinate admissions Ability to manage forms, paperwork, and computer-based tasks accurately Ability to stay calm, professional, and compassionate in a fast-paced environment Current BLS, or willingness to obtain via company-paid class within 6 weeks of hire
Position is contingent on passing an OHA Background check and successful completion of a urine analysis (UA) after accepting job offer
