Performs plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.
Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.
Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.
Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.
Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.
Participates in performance improvement and continuing education.
Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
Schedule: 3x12 Full Time – Day Shift

Candidates must hold an Associate's degree or higher in Nursing and possess a current Alabama RN license or be eligible for licensure. A BLS certification is also required for this position.
