Physical Therapist Job Summary A PT-owned orthopedic outpatient office in Hollywood, FL is hiring a Physical Therapist for a full-time role with flexible scheduling. The clinic treats 2 patients per hour, allowing therapists to stay involved in each patient’s progress without the pressure of heavy patient volume. This role is centered on evaluation, treatment planning, patient education, and helping people return to better movement and daily function. Role Snapshot Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year Schedule: 4-day work schedule or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Clinic Ownership: PT-owned

Responsibilities

Perform initial evaluations and ongoing reassessments Develop customized plans of care Provide orthopedic and musculoskeletal treatment Use therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, movement training, and patient education Help patients improve mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and function Update treatment plans based on patient response Complete required documentation Work with PTAs to keep patient care aligned with the plan of care FL PT License DPT Degree or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Strong interest in hands-on orthopedic care Ability to communicate clearly with patients and staff Health Insurance Dental & Vision Insurance 401K plan with Company Match 3 weeks PTO Flexible schedule options PT-owned clinical environment Move into a role where you can treat with purpose and grow in outpatient orthopedics.
