How you’ll make an impact in this role Deliver Specialized Clinical Care

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with organizational protocols, leveraging 2+ years of Labor & Delivery (L&D) nursing experience to support specialized patient needs.

• Plans: Assess, implement, and monitor individualized care plans, efficiently executing clinical orders while ensuring accurate documentation and communication of patient conditions.
• Coordinate
• Interdisciplinary
• Care: Serve as the primary liaison across medical disciplines to facilitate seamless, well-coordinated patient care and optimize clinical outcomes.

• Growth: Collaborate with the healthcare team to manage comprehensive discharge planning; National certification preferred to demonstrate advanced clinical expertise.

What minimum requirements you’ll need Licensure / Certification / Registration

BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted. Registered Nurse credentialed from the Texas Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Certification specializing in The S.T.A.B.L.E Program preferred. Certification specializing in Neonatal Resuscitation credentialed from the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP) preferred.

Education

Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional preferences we're seeking 2 years of L&D nursing experience National certification preferred
