Requirements summary
Requires a current California RN license, BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association, and graduation from an accredited nursing program. Preferred experience includes at least one year as an RN, specifically in outpatient clinics, Cardiology, ICU, or Cath Lab.
The preferred training schedule is full time then transition to part time Located at Scripps Clinic Carmel Valley.

Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience.
Provides direct patient care to high acuity patients in a complex department within the scope of practice.
Engages in complex clinical procedures and may provide clinical assessments to post-surgical patients.
Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration.
Works collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
