Physical Therapist Job Summary We are seeking a Physical Therapist for an orthopedic outpatient clinic in Deerfield Beach, FL. This PT-owned office offers a flexible schedule, full benefits, and a patient pace of 2 patients per hour. The Physical Therapist will help patients recover from injuries, surgeries, pain, and movement challenges through evaluation, treatment planning, skilled therapy, and education. Responsibilities

Complete physical therapy evaluations and progress assessments Build treatment plans for orthopedic and outpatient rehab patients Provide hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training Help patients improve movement, stability, strength, and independence Teach home exercise programs and recovery strategies Modify treatment plans as patients progress Document care clearly and consistently Coordinate with PTAs and team members as needed Current FL PT License DPT or MSPT Degree Outpatient experience preferred New graduates are welcome to apply Strong communication skills Interest in orthopedic outpatient practice Compensation and Schedule Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, based on experience Schedule: 4-day workweek or Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Patient Volume: 2 patients per hour Setting: Orthopedic Outpatient Office
