Requires a current Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license in Massachusetts and an associate degree in Nursing or PA studies. Candidates must be board-certified or board-eligible with DEA and CSR certifications.

In this role, you will provide comprehensive mental health evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment to patients while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Your expertise will help shape treatment plans and ensure continuity of care, playing a pivotal role in improving patient outcomes within our psychiatric services.
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and evaluations Diagnose and develop treatment plans for patients with mental health disorders Prescribe medication and monitor patient responses Provide psychotherapy and counseling services as needed Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records Monitor and manage the mental health needs of patients Educate patients and their families about mental health issues
Associate degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant studies Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of Massachusetts Prior experience in psychiatric care preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment Knowledge of mental health assessment techniques Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems Commitment to maintaining a compassionate and patient-centered approach
Schedule: 4–5 days/week (24 hours total)
Setting: Outpatient
Weekly Volume: 10-25 patients
Patient Population: Adults
Conduct psychiatric evaluations, manage medications, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary PACT team on treatment planning
Case Types: Psychiatric disorders and high-acuity patients

Must be board-certified or board-eligible
